Do I need experience?
Nope. Most of our new students are complete beginners.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just wear gym clothes. If you're doing a gi class, we’ll loan you one for free.
What’s the difference between gi and no-gi?
Gi uses the traditional uniform you can grab it during training.
No-gi is faster, and you wear gym/rash guard gear. Both are great we’ll help you choose.
Can kids sign up too?
Yes! We have classes for adults, kids, and teens.
Do I have to join after the free class/week?
Nope. Try it out, and if you like it, we’ll talk about next steps. No pressure.

Jason and family provide a great learning environment. The school provides a great mix of training partners across every belt level. Jason will surely welcome you into his business but you are more likely to find that you have become part of a family.
This gym is amazing! I wanted to find a safe place to get back into shape and boy did I find it!!! This place is a family of great people. Jason and his family run the place and from the little kids program through to my age it is a variety of fantastic programs! They will push you to be the best version of yourself. Can't recommend enough!!!!!
Couldn't ask for a more welcoming atmosphere as a visiting bjj'er. We were traveling through the area and looking to get a little training and rolls in to knock some of the rust off. We were greeted cheerfully and had a great class with Caleb. This is a family run place and very comfortable for all grapplers. Instructors and students alike were all friendly and helpful. Got some great arm drag techniques and pointers along with some good rolls. Would definitely come back in if we're in the area again. Thanks y'all!
